How to browse Categories in the App Store

We knew that sooner or later those at Apple would realize that browsing the App Store was not entirely comfortable.

Previously to access the categories of the App Store we had to click on a dropdown that was in the upper right corner, but now, although the content does not change at all, the way in which we can see the categories does, finding the applications in a more practical way, but above all more intuitive, since each category has its own icon, that is, they have the shape of a card.

iPhoneA2 It is also added to this change in the App Store and we are going to explain how to do it on the iPad.

Browse the Categories in the App Store.

The first thing to do is open the App Store.

1App Store iPad

Once open, slide your finger to the bottom of the screen, in the Featured section. You will find several options, but the one that interests you is Browse by Categories. Click there.

What a screen change, ehhh! Well, there you have all the categories that the iPad has included in the form of cards. Choose the one that suits you best. For the example I have chosen one of sports.

And once you enter the chosen Category, you will see that there are each and every one of the apps that are part of the Category "Sports".

I have tried to do it in the same way on the iPhone and the Categories in the form of a card do not appear.

The way to see the Categories on the iPhone is by clicking on the Featured section (bottom left corner of the screen) and clicking on Categories at the top left of the screen.

Once you enter iPhone Categories, you will see a listing of them.

Now you only have to choose the Category you want and you will have all its applications on the iPhone.

Do you like the new image of the Categories on the iPad? Do you think it is more comfortable like this?
