In short, this is an error that should not occur, especially when it is not the first time something similar has happened with time changes. A few years ago, in 2010 and with iOS 4.1, Apple left many users without an alarm, an error in the time change caused the scheduled alarm to be deleted. The downside of the issue is that, although the problem occurred again first in Australia, Apple did not fix it in time and the problem also affected the Europeans.
