First I tried with p0sixspwn for windows (I saw on the net that you could currently do that step and skip snowbreeze and such) and it did nothing... it supposedly installs cydia directly I think I remember.
Then I tried RedSnow and when the text appears on the iPhone ms-dos/matrix style (not right at the beginning) it crashes and gives an error, you have to start the phone again normally and the phone no longer starts and I had to restore it. With Sn0wbreeze the same remained block.
If you can help me with this, I would really appreciate it.
And this question as information rather for me. Redsnow and sn0wbreeze do not accept iOS 6.1.6, if I have 6.1.6 and I put 6.0 in the program, does something happen? Maybe it was blocked because of that? Compatibility?

I have solved it and in case someone has my problem I will comment it. The 3Gs 6.1.6 I tried with p0sixspwn-v1.0.8 and it didn't work, then with your steps and it blocked me. I restored the system and tried again with p0sixspwn-v1.0.8 and in my case it worked fine. It is the easiest way to jailbrear the phone. A single application that leaves you unthetered in my case.
You could create a more updated post about this type of jailbreak since it works for many models, and from the creators of snow there is an application to find out if you are a new or old bootrom. Even another application that specifies if it is jailbreakable or not, if you have the shsh, if it is unthetered or thetered. It helped me decide and I suppose many would appreciate it.
